it's an awesome place! This was my second time and will keep going as I can.
I originally wanted to try floating to reduce stress but the instant relief in my back pain was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with pain that they would like to ease.
Maria and her staff are great. Even amidst a busy shopping center, Maria has done an amazing job to create a sense of calm and zen the moment you walk through the door. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Floating has been so helpful with all my back issues. Thank you 😊
Floating is an amazing experience in so many ways. I have been to True Rest several times and the service has always been great and have never had any issues with the float tanks.

I had my first float today and I'm amazed how much my pain had subsided at the end of the session. I literally was in tears because for the first time in 17 years I felt better in a mere 60 mins. After being drug through the medical system, this is an amazing alternative to pain injections and epidurals. I also, felt immediately comfortable from the moment I walked in.
