Unprofessional. Was in parking lot when I got a call 15 min before my check in time and they cancelled my appointment. This type of inconsiderate ness is surprising from a small spa. Instead of a relaxing float I got stood up after already going there for my appt.
Recommendedflotation therapy is amazing for chronic pain, depression, anxiety, PTSD, detox, weight loss and so many other benefits. True Rest Float Spa is the perfect combination of feeling pampered while also getting therapeutic treatment. The spa is clean and has a positive relaxing energy throughout.
I had my first float early this morning. I am 26 weeks pregnant and having a lot of lower back pain. THIS WAS INCREDIBLE! I noticed the pain relief, however, someone at work later pointed out I was not "waddling," like normal. 😂 I would highly recommend trying this at least once. I was super skeptical about the whole thing but boy was it worth it. Thanks again to Megan for being so great at explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable.
I've been a client for over a year and each and every time its a different experience. I always leave relaxed. I would recommend this to anyone to at least try it.
Another wonderful experience at True Rest floating again today! Meagan was our host and so pleasant! Can’t wait to go again! It was a 5 star experience!
