Interesting experience! My shoulder pain did decreased- and now that I know what to expect, I hope to fully relax the next time I Float.
I decided to "treat myself" on my birthday and started my day off with a float. Joshua did a wonderful job greeting our group and explaining the basics to us first-timers. The float itself was truly a unique, relaxing experience. I enjoyed it from start to finish. After the float, we were able to spend some time in the Oasis room. They had journals that we could write in and coloring books if we wanted to prolong the relaxation a bit longer before rejoining the "outside world". Can I give this 10 stars instead? I was a bit skeptical, didn’t even know we had float spas in Omaha. I did my first float on Tuesday and I can’t describe how awesome it was! I left feeling physically and mentally refreshed and 2 days later I still feel lighter on my feet. It’s like sleeping on a cloud in complete darkness. HIGHLY recommend! Staff was great, facility was clean, I will definitely be back (soon)!

First time I’ve done this and my daughter and I LOVED IT!! So much so I bought a membership!! If you get a chance try this.. so relaxing!!
Everyone needs to come here. The staff is amazing and the facilities are beautiful and calming. Floating is like meditation but floating in space. It’s something I can’t explain. You have to come try it for yourself ;)
What a great experience! I was so nervous & the staff was very informative, peaceful, and helpful. It was amazing! I’m a person who finds it hard to “turn off” and relax. I’m happy to report, I DID relax and really enjoyed this. Took me a few minutes to get comfy but was smooth floating after that! The oxygen bar after was a nice extra bonus :) I found it stuffy with the pod closed & chilly with it wide open so I took their suggestion and propped it open a bit with a washcloth.
