The most amazing experience!!! You can really see they took the time in even the smallest details to make it the most relaxing experience. I will be making this a regular.
True rest in Omaha is definitely the place to go to rest your mind and clear your emotions and negative thoughts! Just an hour of floating you fill your body not only begin detoxifying but healing from the inside out you definitely have to try this if you haven't already.

Mom of two wild and crazy babes (2 &3) here.... This was the most relaxing hour I have had in YEARS! The facility was extremely clean, calm and relaxing. The employees were VERY knowledgable and friendly. As a mom we forget to take time for ourselves- and this was just what I needed- with out even knowing it!
Great spa like atmosphere and music and super friendly, helpful staff! The organic products they use (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc) are AMAZING!!!! Had to buy some of those too and I will go back for more of it all. :)
Floating was the best thing I could have done for my mind, body, and spirit. I was super skeptical at first but I'm seriously in love with floating. My muscles and joints are more relaxed, my mind is at ease but aware at the same time...its another worldly experience. A big shout out to Randi for being super informative and friendly, you helped make me an official member!
It was so relaxing I fell asleep. I was treated like a queen!!
I didn't really know what to expect when going for my first float. The staff was very informative. The environment was so beautiful and relaxing. I definitely recommend everyone try it out. This was the best hour spent. Definitely worth it.
I was excited to do the float therapy and nervous too. The staff at True Rest are very cordial and work with you in understanding how everything works. I couldn't sleep or relax because I was nervous through the flotation and had a lot of things going thru my head. I am trying it again because I think it will be easier now that I've tried it and know what to expect. As far as my aches, they seem to be a little better. Hopefully by going several times it will help me feel better in my joints and back pain.
