They continued to charge after promotion (3 months I thought I was signing up for) ended. They are unwilling to work with me to refund even a partial amount.

I have floated 5 times and just booked another. Floating clears my mind, and dulls aches. The weeks following I have increased productivity, sleep better and am relaxed. It is truly therapeutic.
I would highly recommend spoiling yourself with this experience at least once a month. It literally was like hitting the reset button.
Fantastic staff to take care of you, whether very first visit or if you are a repeat client. They make you feel very special. The provate float roo.s are beautiful & the float experience itself is awesome. Such a relaxing treat!
