Julie Gawith, physical therapist, is knowledgeable, fun, and effective in her work. This year, she has helped me with my elbow, then my neck (reducing the frequency and severity of my migraines), and now we are working on my hip. I thought I had to just live with the pain as I got older! This has been money well-spent, on my health and happiness.
after surgery for fix on my right arm, after being in a sling for weeks, my shoulder and other joints were out of motion. had nerve damage from the surgery left my wrist and fingers un movable. the treatments at true had in a short time fixed the trouble areas. the friendly staff probably helped also, I would recommend this facility to anyone needing p/t .....
Going to TRUE was not only helpful, but a fun experience. Being someone with a very rare problem, they knew exactly what to do. The treatment I went through eliminated the possibility of going through surgery! I loved going to PT every week rather than dreading the experience. I would love to recommend TRUE to anyone I know!

Julie is AMAZING! Two years ago I reached out to her because I was experiencing extreme back pain. Julie worked hard to help ease my pain and support me through her therapy and encouraging/uplifting words. Little did I know, my back pain would require a surgical approach, but Julie was and will always be the first person I call when in need of physical therapy! I highly recommend Julie Gawith and her dedicated staff.
Kudos to Julie for being such a great physical therapist. She takes a personal approach in all treatments. Her staff, Sarah and Nathan, are friendly and welcoming. I am certainly very happy that she was recommended to me, and I highly recommend her to you!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Gawith. She is is very knowledgeable and very friendly! I have been to several PT's in the area and she is by the best and was able to help me get back to running without any pain! :) She is an amazing person who is truly passionate about what she does.
