Today was only my first appointment. I felt so comfortable there! The people were very kind.
It's difficult to put words to how I felt tonight. I've been struggling for years with shin splint related injuries and tonight, I had the most incredible workout and a runner's high I hadn't felt in so long! Better yet, it's my third run this week without that oh so familiar pain. They don't give up on you, even if you don't fit the typical diagnostic, and they are SO knowledgeable. Thank you so much Courtney, Julie, and the whole True PT Crew! 🥰
