Julie is the first therapist to do a quantitative assessment during my evaluation. I actually know where I'm weak and the difference between my good and bad side. We have actual numbers! My therapy is actually improving my symptoms. The approach is completely different than what I received elsewhere. I'm not just going through the motions and doing the usual exercises - my exercises are actually specific to my needs.
Kelsey is awesome! She helped me overcome my my back pain and my IT issues. She also taught me skills to deal with it the future. I highly recommend this place! Everyone is super friendly and positive.

I recommend the entire package, everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I just finished my first group of sessions there and am very pleased.
True PT is in a class of their own. They have it figured out, phenomenal staff and a warm atmosphere, complete with a prayer board. I actually look forward to going to PT!
Seven months of PT with month of for traveling and I ran 15 great feeling miles today. My hips feel even my core is much stronger and my pace is getting back to what it was. Yeah - thanks for all the productive sessions.
