I would recommend true Dental because in my experience they focus on comfort and I have only witnessed and experienced professional Behavior from the staff.
I went in with no appointment with a wisdom tooth that needed pulled, I wasn't there 45 minutes and they got me in and the tooth pulled. Josetta and her assistant were awesome. Sorry I can't remember the assistants name but she was funny.
They lied to me and then took hours longer to do the treatment that was only supposed to take an hour and a half
Dr Silver and Diana continue to work on my teeth and are getting them just right. I was very impressed with all of the staff at this office and have made me at ease with the procedure. Thanks to all.
My first experience back to the dentist as an adult, I’m happy to say, was a very pleasant one. I came in to have a wisdom tooth removed that had been very painful for about a week. Dr Silver got it out within 20 minutes after X-rays and barely hurt. I’m also very impressed with the doctor and staff’s helpfulness and professionalism. Joe set up my appointment. When explaining what was going on, he was able to complete my sentence. His understanding made my day. Dr. Straub is always so attentive. She knows when I am in discomfort and very caring. She informs whats going on to help calm me. Thanks you for all you do!
