It was an awesome workout and a lot of fun. It was fun riding with a group and I felt like I push myself harder to keep up haha.
Really love the TRX classes & cycling classes. Jorge & Dianna are super nice. Both are very helpful and want you to get a great, but safe workout! Very challenging and fun!
True Cycling has a state of the art cycling studio! Love it!
