Awesome!! Super friendly staff and very high end equipment in a very upscale and clean environment!! Top notch location!! It's awesome that they let you try it out free the first time, it's so cool though you will be hooked!

I took a class here last night. Cat was very friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and classy. I did the virtual class and really enjoyed it. I own a Peloton and these bikes are surprisingly even smoother and heavier than the Peloton bike.
Jorge and Diana have done a great job with their studio. Cycling class was on point. They have a bunch of other classes aside from cycling....yoga, trx, Zumba and others. Plus they are a family owned business and great folks.
Get classes, awesome instructors, you leave feeling like a new and improved person!
I get a membership at True Cycling whenever I am home. The gym is always extremely clean, the staff is incredibly nice, and the classes are small and catered to every ability level. I have interacted with the instructors Diana, Jorge, Xu, Lisa, Rochelle, and Amanda and taken their classes and would highly recommend. Our family took a 45 min virtual cycle class. Jorge was knowledgeable and very patient with the first-timers. We plan on taking an instructor-led class next time. The gym was beautifully outfitted. Great addition to Harford County gym scene.
