RecommendedCan't say enough about this place! Everyone and I mean everyone is very friendly. I joined January 2nd I've taken Barre, Yoga, TRX Yoga, TRX Fit, Pilates, Body Blast and last night for the first time did a cycling class! It's more than just a cycling studio! Check it out!
LOVE THIS PLACE! I had never taken a spin class before and went as a guest with a friend and signed up that day! They offer a variety of classes and it doesn't matter if you are a beginner they cater and assist to your individual needs to make your sucessful. EVERY instructor is so helpful & friendly. Highly recommend this studio for all types of excersise!
I highly recommend True Cycling! Friendly staff, great location, and good prices as well. The classes are built w/ a small group of people of different ages, experiences, and backgrounds so I was not ashamed of my “beginners performance”! I particularly recommend the combo classes because you can ride for 30min and enjoy some extra core exercises like zumba or yoga. I am definitely coming back for more.
This class was THE BEST!!! Lisa was a great instructor and full energy. I will definitely be back!
