I have not done a spin class in several years. I went to my first spin class today at True Cycle and Lisa was the instructor. The class was great!! Lisa is so energetic and the place is so clean and bright! I will be back for sure for more classes!
I initially went with a friend as a one-off, but what I found was exactly what I’ve been looking for. They genuinely care about you, your story, and your goals. It’s like having a personal trainer in every yoga, spin, and TRX class. What a great studio! Was on a business trip and looking for a place to get in a bike workout. The team at True were extremely accommodating, and what a just beautiful set up! I live in, Boulder, Colorado, one of the cycling Mecca's of the USA, and have to say that the True set up and focus on service to their customers was just outstanding! Thanks!
