Truckeo is a nightmare, DON'T use this company!!! Customer service SUCKS!!! We ordered/purchased a set of nerf bars through Truckeo, and our experience WAS NOT pleasant. The product we received had been delivered damaged, and Truckeo WAS NOT cooperative in resolving the problem with the damage. Finally, after NUMEROUS call's, e-mails, and day's, Truckeo offered a minor price adjustment for the incuured damage. Truckeo is Highly Recommended !! i purchased a complete grill guard ( chromed) the customer service here is excellent. I found their prices amazing, i was able to get a chromed grill guard for hundreds less then anywhere else i have checked. i really got the deal of a lifetime here. They took the time to unpack and make sure that what i was about to buy was what i wanted and that it was in perfect condition, they even offered to help me install it right there in their parking lot. Awesome Wow! A great supplier. 110% recommend this company. Went over and above any other dealer/supplier I have worked with EVER! Was knowledgeable and friendly. Put together a package that was AWESOME for me. Real one on one service! Truly outstanding! 5 and 1/2 stars. I will deal with this supplier again and will recommend to friends!
Great prices and selection These guys don't have much of a showroom - its kinda like Costco - but they have a TON of product. I was able to get a great price on some Nerf bars for my truck. Highly recommend them.
Truckeo was really great I purchased a set of nerf bars there. The pricing was really good - more than $100 cheaper than Quality Bumper. I went back later and got some HID lights and a set of steps for my wife's SUV. They were very helpful and patient with me - who knew there would be so many different nerf bar types. They don't do installations though if that is what you need. This doesn't bother me since I do my own work (and save the money!) . I actually heard about this place from another truck store.
