Bought 35 13.50 20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my wife's Ram 2500 tires look and ride great. Jake got the tires in at unbeatable price and stayed over an hour after closing to make sure the truck was done on a Friday! Jake and Best One in Henderson went out of there way and to me that seals business
Very satisfied with all aspects of purchasing tires for everything from boat trailer, RV, Genie Man lift, and trucks. Manager Mike Manlove made sure that customer expectations are met. Hard working tire experts getting the job done!
Took my car to get an oil change before going on vacation in June in August my engine blew because of the lack of oil in the oil pan. Keep in mind I was not due back for an oil change again until September. There is no way that my oil burned up that quickly. Best One Tire didn't change my oil in June, it was $6000 for a new engine.
Last 5 times I've either purchased tires or service from them I've told them specific things not to do. They would do them any way and try to charge me for them. Would tell me they would contact me before things was done or when a problem would come and never would just get and charge me for it. Some staff act like my business and some other's doesn't matter. Will NEVER go back
Just got my tire fixed here and was really impressed! I am recommending them to all my friends and family! Really friendly staff and they were really quick and did a great job!!
I cannot explain more how much this place was a lifesaver to me today. Taking the kids to school on the first day nonetheless, and realize I have a flat tire. I ran over a 3in nail to be exact. I pulled into the Illinois Road location which I've never been before. I was greeted promptly and my car was taken in no more than 5 minutes later. I had to give patriot tire on fernhill a 1 star because giving it zero stars is apparently not an option. I used to recommend this place to everyone the service seemed great but I don't know what changed but a few years back I noticed things going downhill. This however takes the cake! I'm a loyal customer I give them all my business. I went in because I had an exhaust leak, they told me it was an exhaust gasket and it would cost $280 to fix it, gulp but ok I can't have my car roaring like a lion. Made appointment 4 days in advance. First to arrive on morning of appointment. Truck sat there all day and did not get serviced. Save your time and go anywhere else.
