I purchased a truck from Truck Nation in March, and unfortunately, it went into limp mode just 30 km after driving it away, with DPF issues. I couldn’t get in contact with them initially, so I took the truck to a diesel fitter, who discovered that the DPF couldn’t perform burns due to a broken sensor. After contacting Truck Nation to see if they could source the part at a better price, I was advised to purchase it and promised reimbursement. Absolutely shocking dealership. Not trustworthy. Sold us a lemon of a truck that has had continuous issues. This has included an undisclosed issue that was later found in prior service record. Currently discussing legal options for small claims court and fair trading, as emails have been ignored.

Dealing with Aaron at first was superb, I bought the truck from Melbourne didn’t even go and see he was great. After sale though truck great and all but when I took possession of truck I realised had no service books and a spare key which I was told it was all there even after I asked when I saw they weren’t there, ever since now approaching probably 6 months even though he says yeh they are at office I still have no books or spare key and it’s frustrating being told they are there but we don’t get them.
