The service is very poor. Not a safe hotel
I hope this review reaches the owner of this unethical establishment.Lets start from the beginning . Developed an massive air leak approaching the WB scale on I-24 before Chattanooga Tn,luckily it was closed so I made it to the next exit,called this place and at 10 am the next day the service truck shows up as promiced,being Memorial day weekend this was very professional of them and for this I give them 5 stars.
