I had the pleasure of purchasing my second car today from Truce Auto. Because I had such a great experience with my first purchase I came back to upgrade. Truce Auto gives me the best service and so enjoyable to deal with.
Just completed my first really enjoyable truck buying experience. I could not be more pleased with the helpful people at this dealership. I worked with both Tracy and Sandy, Two of the nicest, easy to talk with, people I've met in a long time.
Drove 260miles to look at a Yukon XL, we have specifics we were looking for and we asked specific questions. For example we asked if the Auto Ride system was working, we were told yes and that the interior/exterior was a 9 out of 10... when we arrived after our 5 hour drive ready to purchase we found out the autoride system was in deed shot, both shocks were completely flat. The exterior was a lot more marked up than a 9 and the carpeting was stained, seats were worn... AVOID this place, they sell some junky stuff.

My family has purchased 3 vehicles from Tracy all of which were completely different price ranges and different types of vehicles and we have been happy with everyone that we bought. We won't go to anyone else! They are friendly and great to work with in getting the vehicle you want.
