What a great team at Truce Auto, Sandy sold me my very low mileage Buick and Tracy and Caesar helped after the sale. A true 5 STAR experience that surpassed my expectation. The only hard part of the purchase was picking the right car from best selection of low mileage autos in the area. As the on-site manager of Greenspot and Willow Creek, I have noticed a lot of cars here have the Truce Auto logo on their license plates. I am a long time customer as well. Dealing with Truce Auto was a breath of fresh air. There was literally no haggling on price. They accepted the price we wanted to pay the very 1st time and gave us a very fair price on our trade in. They brought the truck from the Madras location at 430 on a Thursday and Sandy graciously offered to stay late so we could test drive. Sandy, Tracy and Bruce were great. Wow, I'm so incredibly surprised of the amount of care that Tracy the owner of Truce auto has given to my family in regards to the Honda we bought from them and then had motor troubles, Tracy went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was repaired quickly and all was well, I personally have never met a used car lot dealer with such compassion and attention to there customer, thank you very much and I will be buying all my vehicles from Truce and Truce only.
