Very bad company. They won't own a mistake one of their drivers did back on 9/4/2017 in Troutdale Oregon. The driver backed into my truck causing damage to the fairings and driver mirror. The driver of trk 670514 was very cooperative. Prime won't pay for the damages. They claim that don't have a driver by that name. Never mind all the pictures of his truck trailer and unit numbers and plate numbers. Very poor company. Prime own the mistake and pay the damages. $1500 in damages.
Truck pulling 153564 blocking fuel islands in jeffersonville oh green freightliner. Have you ever heard of doing a food run after parking not parking on fuel lane dor it. You do know you can walk and from what this person looks like they need the exercise.
Bought a used reefer trailer from them. When I went to look, they took me around and showed me several that fit what I wanted. When I chose one, the salesman said they would fix a few minor issues, and have it ready to pick up a few days later. I went to pick up the trailer, only to discover that a few of the things they were supposed to do weren’t done, and one promise I was given wasn’t going to be done at all. Overall ok deal, just somewhat disappointed in the service area.

I am currently a student here at Prime and I am pleased with the training I have received so far. All instructors and trainers have done nothing but help get every student through, even if it means going one-on-one with a student.
I recently went through one week of orientation with Prime, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The training process was amazing if you want to work for an awesome company Prime is the way to go. I went from 30 years of working in the nursing to trucking thanks to my husband Erick Steyer that started with Prime 1 1/2 years and loves it thank you so much for the great experience.
