worst company to drive for I was almost done with training through their cdl school and their "trainer" was teaching me the wrong way to secure a pallet of shingles so i ended up loosing the pallet of shingles going around a corner all because their trainer wasn't teaching proper securement of the load if your looking for a company to get your cdl anywhere but here
This is a great company to start with. Their training is the best out of the different companies. They provide food while you’re training and make sure you are comfortable and know what you’re doing before letting you go out in a truck.
Prime has an excellent training program and company support for its drivers.
It was definitely a practical training curriculum
Love the Springfield facilities. Top notch and pretty much everyone is polite and awesome to deal with. Watched the owner play basketball with a bunch of the drivers earlier which I thought was the coolest thing. Top notch!!!!!!

Great company. Bottom line every job and company has b.s... prime's b.s. is just easier to handle. They're ALWAYS open and have amazing food at a great price. Friendly family oriented staff. honestly feel like Robert low cares about his drivers. Just wished they would make it easier for lease and owner op.
I've been a driver at Prime since 2012 Prime has great pay, benefits, equipment and nice people working at the Springfield terminal. Prime is the best job I've ever had
