FYI for all you lease drivers working for Prime. I hope you like it because to leave is a pain in the you know what! They will charge you for things that were already wrong with your truck when you took over. If you have money in an emergency account make sure you take all that money out before you turn in the truck, or they will keep it. We had over $2,000 in such account and not only did we not get any of it back they are also charging us another $800 and something! The training program really needs some work! They need to really evaluate the trainers and hold them accountable for their actions. They ask the trainers how the trainees are doing but they don't ask how the trainer is doing! Prime puts 2 ppl that don't know each other on a truck for up to 3 months (can u imagine the tension and frustration that can cause).....
Road tripping from Texas to Oregon and great to see Prime, inc trucks on the road with the American flag and stating you support our troops! Thank you for being a proud American company!
Prime has an accelerated, intense CDL training program. I researched for almost a year before coming and in my opinion its one of the best if not the best training program. Most all the people that I met were friendly and helpful. No doubt its a challenge but well worth it. Thank goodness there are people out there who are willing to go above and beyond to help you succeed. Thank you Prime Inc.

I’m ticked pink, I won 3rd place at the company picnic last year which allowed me to participate on Team Prime at the Missouri State Driving Championship in Branson on June 1st .. I took 1st place in the Sleeper Class and Rookie of the year .. this allows me to represent Prime and the State of Missouri at Nationals in Columbus, OH this August .. I want to thank Robert Low for providing an outstanding opportunity and all my Teammates who gave me inspiration. Grateful, Roy Romo
