I drove for prime from 92 to 99 and enjoyed all of it, once I got all the crap I learned from "PROFESSIONAL" drivers out of my head. My first two weeks as a lease operator were miserable for me and my Fleet Manager. Then I realized I'm a driver he's a dispatcher I'll drive he'll dispatch. Made all the difference! I've driven for Prime for almost 4 yrs and I love it. I have the best fleet manager a man could ask for. Recently I got hurt pretty bad while working. The injury required immediate surgery and 4 to 5 months of healing and physical rehab. The Risk Managent ladies and all of my superiors went to great lengths to make sure I was taken care of. Prime had been good to my family and I. But im wondering now why company drivers are second rate to everyone else?
This company has been great to me and hubby. We have a great DM and he keeps us rolling and gets us home when we want.
Hey guys i hope ill be new to prime real soon i have been talking to a recruiter for a couple days now and im just waiting for her to verify everything so i can go to training and orientation i hope it dont take long im getting nervous cause its been hard to get a hold of my recruiter i hope im not getting the run around

Couldn't be any more happy than I am right now. 20 years on the road, the last six with prime. Bonus: I'm going to retire at 53. Couldn't do that anywhere but prime. All you naysayers and prime bashers, you should know that all of is in the prime family lol@u.
