I went to this hotel on 01/09/2026 when we checked out I realized I left my Ipad so I went back inside to ask can I get it. The man at the front desk was very rude but he gave me the key so I could go get my Ipad my ipad was nowhere in the room but I was tracking it from my phone it was in the building and the location from my ipad was moving through out the building so I checked my car again it was not in there I went back inside to try and talk to the manager the manager was no where to be found. Another great Hilton location. Thank you for the consistency. Clean rooms and polite staff. We all appreciate the hot coffee waiting for us.
This place rocks. You literally have a straight shot to downtown Dallas or Ft. Worth. The staff was consistently on point and seem to really know the area well. I will definitely be back. Highly recomend.
This is a gem close to Ft Worth. Prices are so reasonable, the rooms are so clean! The hotel is very clean in general. This is our 2nd stay here as we like to go to the Stockyards. Close to anything you need. Highly recommend !
BEWARE!!!!! Do not stay here unless you want bedbugs and bites all over you. I stayed in room 212 with my daughter for the weekend and we both ended up with itchy red bites all over. I did not put it together because I have never dealt with it before. I took my daughter to the doctors on Monday (day we checked out) and we were told they were bedbug bites. We had people come check our home and nothing so they stated they were from the hotel as our bites started showing Saturday after staying there Friday night. It was reporte... read more
