The front desk staff in the evening is generally discourteous and complains about adults having a bit of social time. Would not recommend if your trying to have a team social gathering

We came to pick up our key at 9:33am and the front desk will not let us check in until noon, they say our room is unavailable… We have been driving for 12 hours and we are exhausted!!! We’re not staying and we cancelled the reservation. We need somewhere now!!! Cancelled room and then this fine establishment wouldn’t refund our money! Beware and don’t stay here!!!

Beds comfortable, sheets were thin and easily wrinkled, no coffee pot or microwave in room, no make-up mirror , shower head for someone 6ft tall not exactly handy for shorter people or small children, breakfast was less than desirable, only meat offered was greasy sausage, no bacon, no waffles, no gravy and biscuits , rates are low but so are the usual extras....we won't be coming back

This is the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed at. The first and last time we ever stay at a Tru. The experience was terrible and the entire staff is full of liars to this day. That includes the management team. The night we stayed here the AC froze in our room. The front desk girl switched us around from room to room. All AC units frozen.
