Hotel is absolutely filthy, room service doesn’t clean anything. All they do is just make the beds and pick up the trash. And they turn the air conditioning off in the room so when you first get in the room it is between 80 and 85°. I will never stay here again. In addition, the Thermostats shut off during the evening with no motion and the room becomes unbearably hot around 3:00am.

1/5 Extremely disappointing experience, especially as a Hilton Honors Diamond Member. I placed a DoorDash order for approximately $100 so I would have food waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel after traveling for work. I ended up arriving later than originally planned, and the DoorDash driver left my order at the front desk. As soon as I saw that the order had been delivered, I personally called the hotel and specifically asked the front desk to hold the food for me until I arrived. 👎First and last stay at this hotel. Upon check in at 3pm, I went thru the process of checking in, then I was told my rooms were not ready. I wasn't given an estimated time of when they would be ready. After waiting for half an hour, with no communication from the front desk, I called the Hilton customer service line, and within ten minutes my rooms were suddenly ready. I was told the wrong floor number, when I finally found the rooms the card keys did not work. Had to go down to the service desk twice to get the keys progra... read more
