Night time hotel staff are horrible. Not polite at all. First night when we checked in the girl didnt even greet us. She walked from a back room with 2 pizza boxes in hand and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by checking in. Then around midnight people checked into the room above us and stomped around for an hour sliding things on the floor. Then around 1 am an alarm clock next door went off nonstop. I chose this hotel because it looked new online. As soon as you walk in you get the blast of “Fabulosa“ smell overbearing fragrance trying to mask. God only knows you know what a good fragrance is, it’s called clean if your hotel is clean and well kept you don’t need overbearing deodorizing machines. The bathroom shelf was hanging off the wall and it was so not level. I couldn’t put anything on in it without it rolling off. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming up.
