I stopped at this hotel for the night on the way to Sacramento this past weekend, and it did not disappoint! It is a typical Tru property, so it has free, hot breakfast and the automatic hand activated pancake machine as well as the bright, fun Tru decor in the rooms and lobby. The staff were all super friendly and outgoing as well. The hotel is in a great location, located right by Chick-Fil-A along with the Spreckles Park plaza. My experience was horrible when I first checked into the hotel. There was a terrible odor on the floor I had to change to a different score. I spent hours on the line with it. Hilton, customer servers reps and the property regarding the issues. It was supposed to be a 2 days day. I ended up checking out after one day due to all of the complications.I am terribly disappointed

Great customer service! The front desk employee that checked me in was super friendly and helpful! Wish I got her name. Hotel is well maintained and in a great location. Easy access to stores and restaurants.

I mean it's a hotel and it's not scummy... Seems to be recently renovated, giving that new location vibe. My favorite was the staff I encountered, so lovely! I can also say the location was decent because there are mad stores around it from fast food to a grocery to target so that was insanely convenient. I was in the area for a funeral and love that if I wanted to switch my outfit to something more bizz casual I could have trotted over to the evil Target (I obviously have opinions about target).
