It is not as advertised. It is labeled a walk in hair cutting place however I tried to walk in to get a basic hair cut and he told me he doesn’t want my business since I go to school here and won’t be in town very long. Completely unprofessional to have a sign saying walk in welcomes yet turning me down when there was no one else in there. Get your hair cut anywhere else in Ames.
Refused to cut my hair and interrogated me on my haircut history. Very egotistical guy, uncomfortable to be around. I had never been before and wanted to give him a chance. Not what I was expecting. Would not recommend if it’s your first time.
His way of treating people is terrible he interrogates you about where you live and you last got your hair cut and then tells you for the last timei can,t l don't know you and I've never seen you before .l am not cut your hair. You can leave
Troy has always done a great job cutting my hair. He was my first choice when I came to Ames years ago and still is.
