We had an excellent experience at Troy Pediatric Clinic for an 8-year well-child checkup. With all the stories about rushed or poor healthcare, it was refreshing to experience the complete opposite here. The staff was friendly, courteous, and made check-in, check-out, and getting documentation quick and easy. The nurse was kind and patient throughout the visit. Dr. Sawyer was wonderful. Dr. Sawyer and her staff was amazing. My 6 yr. old was experiencing complications with his asthma. The receptionist noticed the severity of his condition and immediately informed the nurses they needed to go ahead and get him to the back. From then on he received immediate attention and care.
Love them they are great with children
I'm usually apprehensive about new medical professionals. So far, I've been very pleased with Dr. Marvin. She's a good listener and pays attention to parental concerns. As a minority, I tend to expect to not be heard, but she has proven otherwise. I've been happy with this location for a while now and just thought I'd share my experience.
If I could give a 0 it would be that but I took my kids in today. And we sat in the waiting room 35 minutes before being sent to the back. When we did get back there I guess it was time to close for lunch and Dr Kirk rushed and just diagnosed my kids with what he thought. He didn’t test them or anything just prescribed medicine & didn’t even check to see if they needed that particular medicine or not. I just feel like my kids was rushed out & not properly checked.
