Friendly & professional staff! I felt like they definitely knew what they were doing & they made me feel as comfortable as possible while I was there! Plus they gave me great info for the future appointments! I would definitely recommend!
As usual, the staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Trezek went to great lengths to explain my condition, and offer solutions.
Everyone that works there is very nice and caring. They do their best to do the best job they can!
Unlike most dental appointments I have been to, I didn’t leave feeling like I had just been berated for my dental hygiene. Instead, I felt confident that I was going to receive professional care from here on out. There was no pressure to quickly have a procedure done that day and I felt like I was in good hands. They also didn’t do what all the other dentists do and ask me questions while their tools were in my mouth, they were very thoughtful and only asked me questions when I was able to speak freely. If you live in/around Troy, Mo you will need a good local dentist. I recommend "First Impressions Dental". The dentist will look at your overall and bring you back for a consult on treatment. This dentist looks at the overall picture and helps you develop a plan that is right for you. He does not treat each tooth as it has a problem (some of my teeth and been treat as much as 4 times at other dentists). So I will no longer be throwing good money after bad. You will be glad you did

I was having severe toothache over the weekend and I called First Impression Dental on Monday morning as a new patient and they made room for me in their schedule to come in that same morning! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Very thankful!
