I had a great dental visit this week at First Impressions Dental. I found them very helpful, friendly, calming and competent making my visit enjoyable! I highly recommend First Impressions Dental in Troy, MO if you need a dentist. They make a good team!
All the people were very friendly and communicated will with me about the treatment plan and the cost. There was a little confusion about the insurance coverage but the ladies were real quick to get it fixed and it was in my email before I even reached my house, which is in walking distance from the office!
Very professional & nice! Was quick as possible & being thorough at the same time. They made me feel as comfortable as possible & would tell me what they were doing during the process. I am very pleased with the outcome & definitely would recommend!
My hygienist was awesome she was very gentle and explained everything that she was going to be doing in detail. When the dentist came in he explained the outcome of his examination and what he felt were my best options for future treatments. A+++ visit. Definitely recommend!!!.

First dentist I ever visited that told me the truth regarding my teeth and Sjogren's Disease. Wish the Dentist I visted last year would have done this before I wiped out my IRA for nothing.
The Troy office has an awesome staff. They address you by name when you arrive and make sure you feel right at home. They make sure to address any issues you might of had or having. Thank you for making my smile great!
I have gone to First Impressions since it opened. I always receive excellent service. Everyone is polite and professional.
I came for my 6 month cleaning and was greeted by cheery front staff. I was soon took in the back and was introduced to my hygienist Kerstin who was delightful. She did an excellent job and I was seen by the Dr. He did a thorough job of examining my mouth and gums for cancer. He was pleasant as well. Thank you!!
