I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTEMENT AND WAS GIVEN AT FIRST OPEN WHICH WAS A THE NEXT DAY THEY WAS OPEN.....MY DENTIST WAS VERY PLEASANT AND I COULD FEEL HER CONCERN....THE TOOTH WAS TAKEN OUT AFTER AN XRAY SHOWED IT COULDNT BE SAVED.......THE EXTRACTION WAS SMOOTH WITH NO PAIN AT ALL......I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND TROUTMAN FAMILY.....TO ALL AND EVEN TO SMALL KIDS THAT IS AFRAID OF THE NEEDLE.......THATS HOW GOOD MY EXPERIENCE WAS.....

I was in yesterday to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Cole did an amazing job!!! I can honestly say that I did not feel a bit of pain during my experience. She is AWESOME!
Everyone was very warm and welcoming, and most importantly, professional, at my initial appointment. I did not feel rushed and both the hygienist and dentist listened to my concerns and addressed them fully. I was very pleased with my experience.
