Having a crown replaced is not always a pleasant experience. Make that NEVER. But, on October 12 I had Dr. Jason Troutman replace a broken crown for me. He thoroughly explained the whole process to me and showed me the machine that actually milled out the new crown. I have been seeing Dr. Troutman and staff for the past years. My experience has always been pleasant, friendly, efficient and timely. Very clean and professional environment. Sate of the Art facility. I would recommend this practice to everyone without hesitation.
If other dentist could be like my dentist Dr Cole we would have a world of peace, free of cavities and pain. She is gentle and caring though the whole process and has helped me over my fear of going to the dentist. The entire staff has always been friendly and easy to work with.
