My first visit was a totally positive experience. The staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming. I have always heard good things about the Troutman Family practice and was happy to experience it for my self. Dr. Troutman explained (in easy terms) my dental needs and a plan to move forward. I felt satisfied that I have picked a quality dental practice.

Allison and Melissa are two of the sweetest people I have ever meet. Now to the service I got is second to none.i am 60 years and have seen a lot of doctors in my life but nothing like those two young ladies. They are so compassionate about what they do it's unbelievable. My experience with dentist hasn't always been the best, well actually I feared the dentist. Troutman Family Dentistry changed every bit of that! After seeing Dr.Cole I didn't get nervous at all she explained every step they took, was very gentle, and treated me like a friend that she's had forever. Had my first visit today and it was perfect from beginning to end! Quick(I actually was taken back AT MY APPT TIME), pleasant staff, comfortable and inviting atmosphere and Dr. Troutman spent time talking/explaining with me. SOLD!
