Years ago my husband cut off his thumb we had to sit for 7 hours waiting on a call from a hand doctor. Finally I took him to Vanderbilt. The doctor & nurses were great, the hand surgery didn't return the call. Since then I've taken kids, grandchildren, husband and myself there. Doctor & nurses always wonderful. Fast service, friendly people, & clean.
Every time we had to use this hospital for ER, blood work or X-Rays we were always treated well and seen very fast.
I have never in my life been treated to horrible and unprofessional!! I'm calling a lawyer tomorrow, Dr. Alexander Badru does not deserve to be called a Dr. He is hateful and rude, unprofessional, and had no right to scream at me or tell us to GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY E.R.!! those were his exact words. You do not treat patient's like this. He got mad because I'm in pain and worried about my leg/ankle and when he told me my x-ray looked fine and acted like he didn't want to treat me, I told him my foot/leg doesn't look fine or ... read more
