I called Dr. Koskinen's office on a Tuesday afternoon because my bottom front teeth had been hurting, and the pain, discomfort and swelling had progressed to my gums, inside and outside lip, chin, jaw, and face. This practice is professional at all levels. The dental staff and doctor explain what they are doing, areas of concern and are thorough in their evaluations. As a consumer I have always been given recommendations and choices as to treatment.

Dr. Koskinen and dental hygienist, Martha, were professional and at the same time very personable. It's always a good experience when I visit their office. The receptionist, Wendy, is invariably very pleasant. The amount of time I waited for my appointment was less than 5 minutes. I appreciated the email reminder of my appointment.
Every thing went well and Tracy advised me on some new (to me) hygiene tactics. Thanks, folks! Ed
