On-time, great service, friendly people. I always few well cared for at my appointments.
This looks like an exam; but OK. The hygienist was professional, very friendly and not hurting me during the examination and cleaning. She took time to answer my questions and explained clearly what was wrong and had to be done. She was not 100 % sure that one or two teeth had some cavities, but told me that the Doctor would take another look at my teeth. Dr. Koskinen gave me an emergency appointment in less than 24 hours. An old filling had broken. He replaced it but not before he conducted several diagnostic tests to be sure that more extensive work was not necessary, he checked the adjoining teeth and my bite. There was decay under the old cavity. That was removed, and the cavity replaced within an hour. I was very pleased. Recommendations were made in the eventuality of pain,
Staff is extremely customer oriented. Dr. Is very knowledgeable. Takes time to explain process if necessary. Stays up with equipment advances. Like the text notification reminders.
Martha, is the knowledgeable woman who cleaned my teeth, She was thorough and I am so glad I she works here in Middlebury.
I had a piece of tooth break off and they were able to get me in right away to temporarily fix the issue. It was quick and painless.
