Nothing... zero... to grump about here, and we're talking about that place where they put tools in your mouth! Great, friendly and professional staff, fantastic dentist, excellent advice if you ask for it. Feel lucky this practice is in our town.
I was surprised to discover that what I thought was just a simple loose crown was really a fractured tooth. Allie took a look at my problem tooth and immediately asked me if we could have an xray. I oked that and she and Dr,K started (after explaining to me what was about to happen Thinking that I had a loose crown which needed to be cemented,I sat down in the chair for Allie to take a look at it. One of the friendliest dentists I ever met. I do not feel treated like a regular patient. It feels like you are taken care by your friends . I would totally recommend Erik Koskinen's team.
careful, painless injection, competent, explained well
I have been coming to this practice for almost 30 years, even before it was owned by Dr. Koskinen, and have always received professional and thorough preventive care from the consistently excellent staff.
I didn't look at my watch but I was very appreciative of being able to see Dr K. on very short notice and for the prompt manner in which the procedures was conducted. I have been a patient of Dr Koskinen since he assumed the previous Dentist practice and have grown to trust his dental skill and pleasant "chair side" demeanor. I would gladly recommend anyone needing dental care to see Dr. Koskinen.
