Legit the WORST Tropical Smoothie Cafe I've ever been to (been to several; makes me appreciate even more the ones in Cedar Falls/Waterloo Iowa). Was in Ames for an author meet & greet. Was STARVING. Grabbed my typical All-American/smoothie combo. Tyr entire wrap was ICE cold, smoothie had NO flavor.....like it had more ice than fruit (Watermelon Mojito). It was NOT busy, ZERO excuse for it being THAT bad! So thankful for the almost burn my mouth wraps from Cedar Falls!

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Their smoothies are delicious and wow, are they large! The chicken pesto wrap is my favorite! The last time we were there, it was very chilly in the dining area. In warmer weather they have tables outside so I usually sit outside. This is a fun place for me to bring my 5 year old granddaughter! She likes the quesadilla!
A great place for a nutritious, tasty snack when you're on the go. Parking is problematic during peak hours.
