As a Tropical Smoothie Rewards member, I placed a mobile order while visiting South Carolina. When I arrived, I was told someone else had picked up my order by mistake. Instead of immediately remaking the order, Imani, the employee handling the online orders, simply pushed my order aside to help customers who were in line. Horrible customer service at this Centre Pointe location. I bought a smoothie combo today and the Mango Magic tasted awful and wasn't made right. When I asked for a refund or a remake, the manager on duty—the gay guy with the nose ring working the shift—became incredibly aggressive, hostile, and flat-out refused to help me.
