I should have know by on my first visit took over 30 minutes, just sitting in the drive-thru. But on my second visit, I did a pick-up for 12:30pm, and when I got here, it wasn't ready. Sat there for 10 minutes before I went up to the cashier, and based on the conversation I could hear it sounds like they might have given it away to someone else. Placed an order and had my dad pick it up today, and they made the entirely wrong smoothie! I ordered a Paradise Point, and they gave him a Sunrise Sunset. Can't believe I wasted my free welcome smoothie reward on this. Never wasting my time with this location again.
I placed an online order and I went thru the drive thru at the time it was ready and the employee tells me she is not allowed to hand me the smoothie and I have to come inside. I told her I go thru drive thru at every other location and they hand me my order. No one was behind me at the drive thru she just refused to hand me the smoothie I paid in advance and tipped them for. I typically enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, which is unacceptable under any circumstances — especially for a place that markets itself as a fast-casual option. To make matters worse, they somehow ran out of cups. At a smoothie shop. How does that even happen? Smoothies are your main product — it’s baffling that such a basic supply wasn’t accounted for.
