I placed the order on the app for pickup ready at 8.40p.m. I showed up at 8.42p.m. only to see it closed even though it supposed to close at 9p.m. I saw two employees working in there and walked away right as I got near the door to enter which was locked.
I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for one smoothie, and you can’t get out of line once your in line. There were only 2 cars in line before me but they must be doing a huge to-go business. Once I got my smoothie, the cup was covered in juices and I received no napkin. So it was a sticky mess.
It said they were open but I pulled up to all the chairs up, looking like they either just pushed all the mop water out the front door or had a pipe burst. First thing on a sunday morning during business hours? Gross to walk up to, I see why the rating is so low. Do this at night after closing and at least sweep up the trash. This is not ready for customers.
This location is the worst one I’ve ever visited! West Ashley has the best staff, timing & everything! Who ever manages this location needs to hand it over to the management team in West Ashley! There’s no reason this team isn’t knowledgeable and doesn’t have the basics to work here . I visit 5x a week and they need a whole new staff.
