Absolutely disgusting customer service at Tropical Smoothie Cafe tonight. My boyfriend came in completely soaked from the rain, and instead of showing basic human decency, the employees thought it was funny to laugh at him. That alone was rude and immature, but it got even worse when an employee brought his smoothie outside to him with the lid not even secured properly. Lovely experience. I accidently ordered the wrong thing, so that was my bad. I enjoyed my smoothie very much! He was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to dietary restrictions. Also they have the option of fresh fruit as a side which was very nice!
My co- worker door dashed us a smoothie. It didn’t take to long to get here, but it was the worse smoothie I’ve ever gotten. I got the Blueberry Bliss and it was so bland it has absolutely NO flavor. Very runny. My co-worker made a complaint with no response: I’ve door dashed a smoothie before with no issues. Worst Tropical Smoothie experience ever.
