My co- worker door dashed us a smoothie. It didn’t take to long to get here, but it was the worse smoothie I’ve ever gotten. I got the Blueberry Bliss and it was so bland it has absolutely NO flavor. Very runny. My co-worker made a complaint with no response: I’ve door dashed a smoothie before with no issues. Worst Tropical Smoothie experience ever.
The kid at the register wouldn't correct my smoothie order when I told him I wanted half sugar not light sugar, which is fine whatever but they just never made my smoothie, served like 4 people behind me in line before I left
What a great difference from SK. Tried to go to Smoothie King (was closer to me). Walked in and no one acknowledged me, 2 staff only. Neither person was clean or tidy and the place was disgusting. So I left and went to Tropical Cafe. Wow!!! Greeted with a smile. Plenty of staff, very friendly and the place was sparkling clean! When it comes to food, you want the place to be clean. Nice to! You set the standard. And smiling / friendly staff made it even better. 5 stars.
This location is very nice, and that's it unfortunately. The service here is horrible. The wait time for food and smoothies at this location are ridiculous. The employees were inattentive and unwelcoming. It was so bad that another employee had to tell the cashier that she had food to hand out to the customers in front of me, because she was to busy on her cellphone standing next to the register. Hopefully they fix this issue quickly, or this store will be avoided by all.
