Had a weird experience today with one of the employees. To the point I’ll probably just avoid this one now moving forward it’s was bizarre. I hate to admit that I go to tropical smooth often. I do change things up in my smoothies to make more protein and less sugar but I’ve done the same drink over 20 times it should be consistent if they are measuring correctly. Jarod was our cashier and made our Thai Chicken Wrap. Taylor made my smoothie, and the pomegranate plunge was really good. Jarod was friendly and attentive. He offered suggestions when I ordered a seasonal drinks they didnt have, and the chicken wrap was hot and fresh.
Employee was upset that I ordered food because he already cleaned up to close. It was 8pm and the store closed at 9pm.
The whole team was so warm and inviting when I walked in, everyone welcomed me in unison! Shiv helped me with my order and helped me make the best choices. On top of that they were all cleaning when I walked in. Perfect way to end the day!
Very good. I found 40 bucks by one of these. 😁
