Very slow. This is my second visit to this location and I’ll never go back to that particular location. 1st time I was there for over 20 minutes after I placed my order and this time over 15 min
Iv been here at this location for two years consistently and this new crew they have does not know what they are doing I went there in 9-29-26 2:00 ordered and smoothie they gave it to me it was chunky ice and have no flavor ZERO like a plain slushie so I took it back in and told them, and the girl at the front went to the back and remade it herself. Smoothies are good. But wait time is forever. Have been at the window waiting to pay now for 18 minutes. There is no car in front of me and no one has come to even acknowledge me. Ridiculous. The lady inside is only taking care of the guest inside
To the owner of this business, I used to come here almost every day, the service was always good and fast. Within the last 30 days, every time I go through the drive through to order, I sit there for a minimum of 10-20 minutes before someone takes my order, then I wait at the pay window for another 10-15 minutes to pay. Then I wait another 5-10 minutes to get my food. From one business owner to another, if you don’t get better management soon, your business will fail.
