A very gracious thank you to the Knightdale staff at Tropical smooth. They were very kinda about replacing me order even though it was my fault and had patience with me despite how busy they were. Good customer service is hard to find and I appreciate their understanding. Sincerely!

I moved here from Charlotte and this is by far THE WORST tropical smoothie ever. Came here a few days ago to get my son some food and I had to have them remake the quesadilla. I came back today and they remade my quesadilla 3 times and it was still burnt(burnt-undercooked-burnt) I just had to smile and walk out because how can you mess up a quesadilla!? Before this debacle, they have messed up some smoothies and had to remake them. When you walk in you can tell nobody cares. I will never come back here!
Waited for my single smoothie for at least 30 minutes if not longer, it’s not even blended completely, and I asked them to split it because I was sharing with someone and they did not. Smoothie still tastes good but I won’t be going back to this location.
