The smoothies are great but y'all need at least 3 people working in the morning. 1. Taking orders/helping with smoothies and food 2. Making smoothies 3. Making food At one point it was 10 people standing around waiting and this was at 7:30 in the morning.
Asked for 1 scoop of ice and watched her put 2 in. My Avocolada. She was the one who typed my order request
A very gracious thank you to the Knightdale staff at Tropical smooth. They were very kinda about replacing me order even though it was my fault and had patience with me despite how busy they were. Good customer service is hard to find and I appreciate their understanding. Sincerely!
