It’s a hit or miss. Tropical Cafe needs a way to insure that the recipes are more consistent. I just got the same smoothie that I get all the time: it taste mostly like ice, it has ice chunks in it, with unblended pieces of banana and peanut butter. The staff is always nice though
Today ( 6/21/25) was my first time coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered the Beach Bum along with the sweet potatoes and pesto chicken flatbread. Everything tasted delicious. When I say that the chicken pesto flatbread tasted like it was from a restaurant!!!! It was phenomenal! The customer service was amazing as well. I will definitely be coming back to try some more tasty and delicious foods.
Honestly i had a great experience and all of it was due to Nora! She allowed me to go get a gift card from my car with much patience, took my friends order and was able to pull up my transaction with ease before offering me my rewards! She then proceeded to get me my friends receipt number so i could get the points! Great experience!
