I ordered through uber eats and was less than satisfied with my order. While uber eats offers the convenience of not having to leave your home, it has awful customer service. You have to jump through hoops to get a partial refund. I didn’t care for a refund in this instance, and just wanted my smoothie to be made right. Food quality has definitely declined at this location. I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap with a side of Maple Kissed Sweet Potatoes. Paid $2.50 to upgrade for the sweet potato side. Received a small bowl with 4 small pieces of sweet potato. Is that really $2.50, or is the restaurant trying to cut costs at the customers expense?? I’ll be ordering smoothies ONLY from here on out.
