I cannot express how disgusted and concerned I am having this come through my straw after drinking the entire smoothie. Accidents happen, but how do you not realize (or do realize) you broke your equipment and just keep on blending?? The phone number on google and the Tropical Smoothie website says it’s been disconnected so I can’t even get ahold of the store. Instead I have to wait for an automated email response from an online report.
I only did two stars bc I know every location isn’t like the one on Dorchester rd. However the Dorchester rd location is horrible. They got our orders wrong (ingredients were left out or added,) however the worst part of it was the service. Jo walked right past us, looking me in the eye and went about her business. Someone else had to ask her to come back and take our order. They were working but not trained to use the cash register, which I think is odd. hair all over the counter top and none of the employees had on hair control garments.
I stood inline behind a person that took 10 mins to decide on her order. They should have taken my order instead they stood there and waited for her then when i ordered and i swear it was 9:01 am the girl said the special price ended at 9 am so i was charged full price!! Bad service and bad hygiene make your employees shower!!
