I used to love this place. But lately the customer service has been awful and extremely rude and it took them 30 mins for my order and when I asked how much longer it would take gave me attitude. There were literally 3 of us in there.

RecommendedEach and every visit that we make to this location we are greeted by a smiling and pleasant employee and the smoothie is always delicious unlike the location closest to my home which is watery and lacking taste, I will go out of my way to visit the Flint and/or Fenton locations.
Recommendedthis is my absolute favorite Tropical Smoothie. i refuse to go anywhere else. EVERYONE who works here is super friendly, and they always know my order as soon as I open the door. I love these people. I love their smoothies. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Soooo I don’t normally leave bad reviews but for the sake of this company and the citizens of Vegas lol someone really needs to take a look at the heath and safety standards of this store and see if they’re being met. I can almost promise this place is not up to code as well as having unfortunately slow and inadequate service 😔

I ordered a smoothie and waited 20 minutes in the restaurant to be served and watched them give my smoothie to the wrong customer. Then they proceeded to serve 6 other customers in the restaurant before giving me a replacement smoothie (which I had to remind them of). The server replaced it after a few minutes without a single apology or voucher or anything for the delay. The smoothie they gave me was hastily made and very watered down. Would not recommend
