Today ended my relationship with Tropical Smoothie in Victory Crossing. Now, I frequent this location at least 4 times a week to the point that when I order they say “peanut butter right,” I say yep followed by no sugar. Today was no different, the owner (Indian guy) took my order, he even said “peanut butter,” my reply yes & no sugar. More than once now my fiancée had an abundance of fat in her buffalo chicken wrap. I’m sure this is just a mistake in prep procedure. The fat from chicken breasts should always be trimmed prior to being cooked off. The place has a lot going for it with a very well balanced and healthy menu, but the little things like inconsistency will slow down business. We will probably give you guys another shot, just trying to help.
