a phone call is all that was needed to verify that the punch card is real. for some who cant or wouldn't understand the story. he had a punch card that he used in stl and Columbia. but when he went to redeem at the Columbia location they thought it was fake because of the shape of the hole in the punch card. if it's not about racism how is it that a "Secret shopper" did the very same thing this past weekend but all of the punches where from stl came to Columbia and it was used just fine but the person was white. VERY RACIST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Just watched a video of a man of color who was also an attorney be refused at trops. I’ve had complaints in the past about this place and no one should give them their money. Silverball has been way better for months now anyway. Throw the whole establishment in the trash
