Don’t bother going here if you’re a minority . Eric the tattoo’d douche will refuse you service and call the cops on you for no apparent reason. Spent good money here and supported this business for a long time and needless to say I won’t be back so long as he works for this company . Fix it.

terrible service and like to call the police on black people
a phone call is all that was needed to verify that the punch card is real. for some who cant or wouldn't understand the story. he had a punch card that he used in stl and Columbia. but when he went to redeem at the Columbia location they thought it was fake because of the shape of the hole in the punch card. if it's not about racism how is it that a "Secret shopper" did the very same thing this past weekend but all of the punches where from stl came to Columbia and it was used just fine but the person was white. Just watched a video of a man of color who was also an attorney be refused at trops. I’ve had complaints in the past about this place and no one should give them their money. Silverball has been way better for months now anyway. Throw the whole establishment in the trash
