Prior to yesterday I would’ve recommended without hesitation, but the piss poor customer service & lack streamlined practice experienced has ensured I won’t step foot in this establishment again. Accusing customers of essentially trying to steal, then dismissing them by saying get a drink or get out/I’ll call the police is how you do business? I’m good.

Just seen a video of a customer accused of using a fake chit card and having the police called. I have that same chit card I got from them...3 years ago. If they did not recognize the card anymore, they could have explained why. If they updated the design of the card, they could have gave hom a new one. Calling the police for a punch card is ludicrous.

I just saw a recent video of a friend from Saint Louis, MO being accused of using a fake punch at this location. There is no reason for my friend that is a lawyer to use a fake punch card. My friend politely ask the worker to call the Saint Louis location to verify if they used a different punch tool, but instead the worker chose to call the police. Just seen how you treated a costumer of color and you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Cops got called over a punch card! Are you serious? Classic case of white privileged! Knows they are in the wrong but still wrongfully calls the cops! Never will i support a company who has racist employees!!! I suggest everyone go to Sliverball downtown if they want a frozen drink!!!!

So are you guys accusing all blacks of “questionable” punch cards? To not get in front of this and apologize to the man you guys EMBARRASSED as well as to the community as a whole really shows character. Then you called the police as if he done ANYTHING wrong is worse. Management should have been called and if that was a manager acting as such its sick. Don’t bother going here if you’re a minority . Eric the tattoo’d douche will refuse you service and call the cops on you for no apparent reason. Spent good money here and supported this business for a long time and needless to say I won’t be back so long as he works for this company . Fix it.

Troy Penny, you are ridiculous. I am also a lawyer and have been refused drinks by Eric too. He is an equal opportunity employee only refusing to serve jerks. Color of skin is and has never been a factor. You baited him and deserved being asked to leave. I not only approve but applaud him for what he did. File your frivolous lawsuit. I hope I get to defend it. That’s a good business that you have unjustifiably by your own ignorant actions defamed. You want to talk lawsuit? Go for it my friend.
