I really like this place, but I’m super sad that one man is going to single handedly dismantle the entire business 😭 and for what, a punch card?! Lol just kidding. I do enjoy reading the one-sided reviews though. So thanks for that and thank you for the delicious drinks! Clearly the customer isn’t always right.. 🤷♀️

I can’t believe what I just saw!!! Really trops is this how you teach your employees to serve your customers!! It hurts me to say that I’ll never support you all again after watching your employee accuse a black man of having questionable punch cards. Like who even has the time for that for a dollar drink. Like be serious. And even if they did like I’m more then sure your not hurting for that dollar drink and it could have been handled way better then how it was.
Looks like you need to resolve an issue before I return. Smh!
Just saw the racist treatment of customers in the video. Despicable and really disturbing that this place operates like that.
Before everyone starts bashing Trops based on a snippet of video, remember there are two sides to every story. You didn't see the part where the customer was belligerent when asked about his punch card. Then refused to tell the bartender what he wanted when told they would honor his punch card. He continued to be belligerent and rude and talk over the bartender when continually asked what he wanted to drink. This man didn't want a drink, he wanted to argue and incite something.
