This is a very ineffectual and unprofessional management company for our condominium association. They do not respond to telephone calls and messages in a timely fashion. They do not advise the Board Members of fair practices and following standard accepted protocols with regards to member issues. In Marbella in Fort Myers, there is nowhere to park. Tropical Isles tows their own residents without warning. I parked in what I thought was a parking spot when it was dark last night, woke up this morning and my car was gone. Considering they know exactly what cars everyone drives, you’d think they’d rather give a warning than have a pissed off resident.
